Dr Donatelli holds a Ph.D. in Physical Therapy and is an Orthopedic Specialist. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr Donatelli is the Physiotherapy Associates’ National Director of Sports Specific Rehabilitation and Performance Enhancement Programs.
Dr. Donatelli has rehabilitated numerous professional athletes and from May of 2001 to 2008 was the physical therapist working with Andy Roddick ranked in the top 10 on the ATP tour. Responsibilities include evaluation of Andy's injuries and development of in season and off season conditioning and strengthening programs.
Dr. Donatelli was the Director of Medical Services for the Champions Tennis Tour that was also the Masters Tour for ATP 1995 - 2001. Responsibilities include: Organization and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries sustained by the tennis professionals playing on tour. Dr. Donatelli was the Physical Therapist for the ATP tour, Mexico City and the Lipton ATP tennis tournaments in 1996, Germany Open 1997, AT&T Challenge, Atlanta, GA. 1985-1999.
In addition he has served as a Physical Therapy Consultant to the Montreal Expos, Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Teams. Donatelli has lectured throughout the United States, Canada, England, Ireland, Iceland, Scotland, Australia, Romania and lectured at the Swedish Foot and Ankle Society.

Dr. Miao graduated from Harvard University in 1984 and the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1991. He completed his orthopaedic training at the University of Pittsburgh and received advanced fellowship training in knee and shoulder arthroscopic and reconstructive techniques as well as sports medicine. Dr. Miao is board certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee and shoulder. He was also an Olympic swimmer in the 23rd Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

Dr. Randa Bascharon is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and is fellowship trained in sports medicine. She is also a Sports Performance Specialist and a Board Certified Athletic Trainer. Dr. Randa Bascharon has had the opportunity to help many athletes from all sectors of the sports world. Dr. Bascharons expertise has been employed as the Team Physician for Tennis Channel Open and WTA (Women’s Tennis Association). Dr. Bascharons has also worked with
NBA and NHL players; Olympic gymnasts, figure skaters, golfers, and basketball players; competitors in the World Arm Wrestling Championship and the Mountain Dew Action Sport Tour; as well as numerous other professional, elite, and amateur athletes.

Vijay Vad, M.D.,is a sports medicine specialist and researcher at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan and a professor at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. His Back Rx program is offered by Practice Yoga, one of New York's leading studios, and at the Back Rx Spine Care Center in Mumbai, India.
